On 24 June 2026, SINOVALINK's China operating team, Yuexinlian, attended the 2026 APEC SME Business Forum in Shenzhen. The forum brought together public-sector representatives, researchers, industry organisations and business leaders from across APEC economies to discuss digital transformation, industrial cooperation and the international development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
For SINOVALINK, the forum was a practical setting for the same question that sits at the centre of our work: how can industrial capability move across markets with clearer local context, stronger relationships and sustained commercial follow-through?
Asia-Pacific cooperation, discussed in operational terms.
The forum was held in Shenzhen's Luohu District under the theme “Digital Intelligence Empowerment, Open Innovation and Win-Win Cooperation.” The official programme covered artificial intelligence, green and low-carbon development, enterprise internationalisation and practical cooperation among Asia-Pacific SMEs.
Shenzhen Government reported that more than 500 government, academic and enterprise representatives attended. The event was jointly hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the China Centre for Promotion of SME Development under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the China International Cooperation Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Shenzhen Mayor Qin Weizhong and Gao Dongsheng, Chief Economist of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, addressed the opening. The programme also introduced the Asia-Pacific SME Cooperation Zone in Luohu and included industry exchange between participating organisations.
