BEIJING, 12 September 2026 — At the official achievements release of the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), SINOVALINK presented an AI-native Industrial House for cross-market industrial cooperation. It also presented joint research with the Guangdong SME Development Promotion Association, announced a Beijing-centred northern cooperation initiative and introduced its Greater China partnership with the Global Council for Industrial Cooperation (GCIC).

The scale of the setting mattered. CIFTIS 2026 brought participants from 90 countries, regions and international organisations to Beijing's Shougang Park. More than 1,830 companies exhibited offline, including 473 Fortune Global 500 companies and industry leaders. Organisers scheduled more than 200 product and innovation releases, over 100 of them global or China debuts. SINOVALINK's session was part of the official 12 September programme; other organisations across the wider release series included Alibaba Group, Schneider Electric, ABB, Merck, GE HealthCare, Bank of China, China Unicom, JD.com and EY. Those presentations took place on different dates and at different venues.

It was SINOVALINK's second consecutive appearance at CIFTIS. Its 2025 release introduced an AI engine for global market decisions. This year the question moved from where to enter toward how industrial capability can be organised, trusted and operated across markets over time.

A two-way industrial operating structure

For an international business, SINOVALINK can assemble relevant Chinese materials, components, equipment, engineering and service capabilities around a project or operating requirement. For an industrial manufacturer, it can develop a route to customers, technical decision-makers, channels and local service in a priority market. Both paths draw on the same industrial base and cross-market operating network. The offer is not limited to helping Chinese products leave China; it also helps global partners access and combine industrial capabilities for their own markets.

At CIFTIS, SINOVALINK presented 50 formally mandated industrial partners with more than RMB 20 billion in combined annual output and over 2.55 million square metres of verified manufacturing and industrial space. Twenty-one are national-level specialised and innovative “Little Giant” companies. These measures describe the industrial base available for cooperation, not an order book or a claim that every partner works in every country.

Its industrial data repository contains more than 50,000 nodes and observes markets across more than 200 countries and regions. Structured operating work is under way in 39 countries through 128 client-country units and 14,091 active target and relationship records. Data observation, active market work and completed commercial outcomes are different measures.

AI that learns from industrial work

SINOVALINK organises manufacturer-side work as an overseas market operating unit: one industrial company, one priority product category and one target country managed through continuing commercial action. The unit retains market structures, target organisations, decision roles, technical feedback, local resources and the next operating decision. AI expands research and multilingual capacity; industrial specialists and local partners test assumptions, judge technical fit and carry relationships and service into the market.

That distinction is central to the company's developing industrial globalization world model. Rather than claiming a finished simulation of global industry, SINOVALINK is connecting company capabilities, country conditions, industrial structures, project stages and real feedback so that later decisions can be more informed. A contact found or an email sent is only a starting point. What changes a market position is the ability to learn from a response, correct the route and keep operating.

Research and international cooperation

The Guangdong SME Development Promotion Association and SINOVALINK also presented joint research into how SME manufacturers move from individual export transactions to sustained overseas market operations. Founded in 2005, the Association is a Guangdong 5A-rated social organisation and a national SME public-service demonstration platform. Its member and manufacturing ecosystem adds a public-service dimension to the Industrial House's international network.

SINOVALINK announced a Northern China Industrial Globalization Collaboration Plan with Beijing as a coordination hub for industrial-service systems, research institutions, professional organisations and international partners. It also announced cooperation with GCIC as its exclusive strategic partner for Greater China, covering industrial connections, joint research, specialist dialogue and cross-market projects.

As AI lowers the cost of finding information and creating a first contact, industrial cooperation still depends on engineering judgement, qualified capacity, local trust and someone accountable for the next action. SINOVALINK's proposition is to make those elements work together across markets — for international projects seeking industrial capability and for manufacturers building durable positions abroad.
